Bored with your mobile operator and afraid of changing it due to mobile no change??
Now don't worry, you can change your Mobile Operator/Service Provider Under Mobile No Portability under force from 20 january 2011, in which you can change your mobile operator without changing mobile number.

There are Seven steps for changing your Service Provider under Mobile Number Portability,i.e.,without changing Phone number.

Vodaphone

1. sms PORT to 1900 to get UPC
2. Fill MNP formmentioning UPC,at an outlet.
3. Submit ID proof and photograph                                                     
4. Receive new blank SIM card from the Dealer
5. You will Receive an sms on time/date of porting your old SIM card.
6. Replace old SIM card with new afterporting timeAfter porting is complete, you will get a confirmation through SMS on your existing mobile no and thus your Service Provider will change without changing your current mobile number
